We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, except that the goods hereunder shall be of merchantable quality and in accordance with any specifications or sample included herein and the customer assumes all risk and liability for results obtained by the use of the goods covered hereby whether used separately or in combination with other products.We make no warranty of suitability of the goods sold hereunder whatsoever, unless specifically set out in writing by customer to us and written acceptance acknowledged by our company in no event shall we be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

Shall not be liable for and buyer assumes all liability for and shall indemnify and hold harmless DANIELS SCIENTIFIC (where any of the bottles are used to hold abrasive, caustic or acidic solutions or any other substance likely to cause injury) against any and all cost, expenses, claims, suits or actions (including attorneys fees) which DANIELS SCIENTIFIC may suffer or incur arising out of or connected with any personal injury (including death) and/or property damage connected with handling, transportation, possession, processing, further manufacturing, other use or resale of the bottles are used alone or in combination with any other material.This obligation of Buyer shall continue, and shall be effective even if DANIELS SCIENTIFIC was partially or solely negligent.
Additional Charges
A $20.00 small order charge will be added to orders less than $100.00. No merchandise may be returned to DSI without authorization.No returns will be accepted after 60 day.A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise not in error by DSI.
